Do I need an account to place an order?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Do the products work with all types of footwear?
Most of our products are designed to fit inside standard footwear including work boots, steel cap boots, dress shoes, corporate footwear, sneakers, and casual shoes. Product pages include fit notes to help you choose.

Are the products suitable for all ages?
Our products are designed for adults. If you are considering use for someone outside that range, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional first.

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes sizing guidance. When in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
