Straightforward by design
If your order arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or doesn't show up at all — we'll fix it. Email us, tell us what happened, and we'll take it from there. As an Australian business we operate in full accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How to return
Three steps, no hassle
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to alivionow@gmail.com. We'll get back to you within a couple of business days.
We'll let you know whether a refund or replacement is on its way. For most orders we won't ask you to send anything back.
Your refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Back to you, promptly
Once approved, the refund goes straight back to your original payment method. If your item was defective or incorrectly sent, return shipping is on us.
For most low-value items we won't ask you to post anything back at all — we'll just sort it.
